Datenschutzerklärung — how Mokocamp handles your data under the GDPR (DSGVO).
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts.
3. Third parties / Auftragsverarbeitung
We work with the following sub-processors. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and processes data only on our instructions:
- Revolut Bank UAB (Lithuania, EU) — payment processing for the $99 setup fee and $19.99 monthly subscription. Their privacy policy: revolut.com/legal/privacy.
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Fonts CDN. When this site loads, your browser fetches
Interfromfonts.gstatic.com. This may transfer your IP address to a Google server. Legal basis: 6(1)(f). We are evaluating self-hosting to remove this transfer. - Anthropic, PBC (USA) — AI model provider used by the chat that customises your site. Customer-provided text content is sent for processing under their DPA. Standard Contractual Clauses apply for the EU→US transfer.
4. Retention
- Server access logs: 14 days, then deleted.
- Rebuild-request submissions: up to 24 months from submission, then deleted.
- Contact-form submissions: up to 24 months after the last interaction.
- Customer account + invoicing data: 10 years (German tax law, § 147 AO).
5. Your rights / Ihre Rechte
You have the right to:
- Access (Art. 15) — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification (Art. 16) — ask us to correct it.
- Erasure (Art. 17) — ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention periods.
- Restriction (Art. 18) and Portability (Art. 20).
- Object (Art. 21) — to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

6. Complaints / Beschwerderecht
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence. For Berlin: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Friedrichstr. 219, 10969 Berlin.
7. Cookies
This website does not currently set any non-essential cookies. If we add functional analytics in the future, you'll see a consent banner first and we'll update this section.
8. Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify existing customers by email.
